IPTV Studio / Support
We're glad to help with anything about the app. For questions about a playlist, a stream, or a subscription, your service is the one to ask, since those never pass through us.
Tell us the device, the OS version and the app version from Settings → About. There's no need to send playlist addresses or logins. We can help without them.
From a service you already subscribe to. IPTV Studio is a player, so it doesn't come with channels or playlists of its own, and it can't help you find one. Once your service gives you a playlist address or file, add it in the app and your channels will appear.
Please add only playlists you've received from a service you subscribe to, or content you otherwise have the right to access.
M3U playlists by URL or by file, XMLTV program guides by URL, including gzipped guides, and Xtream logins. Playlists and guides refresh on demand or on a schedule, in the background. If a refresh fails, the app keeps the last good data.
Two ways around it. If your iPhone or iPad is signed into the same iCloud account, sources you add there sync to the Apple TV on their own.
Otherwise use Add from Phone on the Apple TV. The television shows a QR code and a one-time code, and serves a page on your own local network. Open it on a phone or computer on the same network, enter the code, and send a playlist address, a program guide address, or a playlist file. The page reaches no server of ours, it accepts one submission, and nothing is saved until you confirm it on the television.
Yes. iCloud sync is on by default when your device is signed into iCloud, and you can turn it off in Settings. Your sources, favorites, and preferences are stored in your private iCloud database and passwords in iCloud Keychain, both operated by Apple. Squared Studio cannot access your iCloud data.
A stream that drops out is picked up again on its own. If it still fails, the app says Couldn't play this stream. The address may be offline, in a format this player doesn't support, or tied to a subscription that's no longer active.
Check that the device is online and that the address is still valid, then refresh the playlist. Your playlists and streams stay on your devices, so we can't look into a particular source, but whoever supplies it can.
Some sources allow fewer streams at once. Close one of the other tiles and try again.
No. IPTV Studio plays streams. It doesn't record, download, or convert them.
Settings → Parental Controls. A locked group asks for your PIN before it opens. Its channels never appear in the widgets or the Apple TV Top Shelf, because those appear without asking for the PIN.
Delete a source to remove its data. Use Settings → Reset to clear caches or all data. Delete the App to remove everything stored on the device.
Nothing. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. The Privacy Policy has the detail.
iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV, on iOS 26, iPadOS 26, macOS 26, and tvOS 26 or later.

IPTV Studio does not host, store, transmit, or control any audio or video content. All content is streamed directly from servers chosen by the user, and Squared Studio has no relationship with those servers or their operators.
If you believe that content available through a third-party playlist infringes your rights, please direct your notice to the operator of the server hosting that content, as they are the party able to act on it. Squared Studio is unable to remove content it does not host.
